After years in fast-paced corporate recruiting and HR, I felt a deep calling to slow down and reconnect with my purpose. Cancellation Policy

✨At Lotus Divine Beauty & Wellness, every appointment is reserved with care and intention. To honor your time, my time, and the experience of all clients, please take a moment to review the following policies: ✨Cancellations & No-Shows If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance by sending me a text message. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments (no-shows), will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service. ✨Late Arrivals A 10-minute grace period is offered for all appointments. If you are running late, please notify me by text or phone call with your estimated arrival time. If you arrive 15 minutes or more late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled or shortened out of respect for the next client’s time. The full service fee will still apply. ✨Communication Is Key Please text or call if you will be late or need to cancel.
